The drawing bears an inscription dedicated to William Dunn F.R.I.B.A., who proposed the idea of visualising the cathedral’s construction through isometric projection.

Created under the direction of Mervyn Edmund Macarthy FSA, Surveyor to the Fabric, with valuable assistance from Matthew Dawson F.R.I.B.A. and E. J. Bolwell, this print is an ideal piece for architecture enthusiasts, historians, or admirers of St Paul’s.
