Delivery information
Our current estimated delivery timeframes for standard items are:
- UK (Excluding Northern Ireland): Delivery 3 - 6 working days from date of order. All orders are sent via Royal Mail (£4.95, max 2kg per single order).
- International: All orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked service. Prices start from £13.95 (weight dependent, max 2kg per single order). If your country is not listed please contact us via shop@stpaulscathedral.org.uk to enquire about shipping to your country.

- Europe (EU): Unfortunately, we have temporarily suspended our shipping to Europe and Northern Ireland due to GPSR laws within the EU, which came into affect on 13th December 2024
We are unable to ship orders where the total weight is over 2kg outside of the United Kingdom.
In store pick up
In store pick up is available at checkout and orders are usually ready to collect within 24 hours.
Please bring your order confirmation email to the shop to collect your order.
Any orders not collected within 30 days will be returned to stock and the original order will be refunded in full.
Duties, taxes and service charges
Orders to International addresses may be subject to local customs duty or taxes. You will need to pay any additional charges for customs clearance, charges include local VAT and duty based on the value and origin of the product.
Customs policies vary for each country, so it is advised you contact your local customs office for further information.
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes in accordance with U.S. customs regulations. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, all applicable duties and taxes are automatically calculated and included in the total at checkout. This means there will be no additional charges upon delivery — the amount paid at checkout is the final total.
We manage the customs clearance process on your behalf, facilitating prompt and hassle-free delivery without unexpected fees from the shipping carrier.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail
Lost/Delayed parcels
UK: UK orders are sent using an appropriate Royal Mail service based on the size and contents of the parcel. Delivery times vary by service. If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us. Royal Mail allows a loss claim to be made 7 working days after the expected delivery date, so please allow this additional time for delayed items before a parcel can be considered lost. If an item is confirmed as lost, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
International: International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and typically arrive withing 5-7 working days. However, customs and international postal delays can sometimes extend the delivery times significantly, so please allow up to 25 working days for your order to arrive. Royal Mail does not consider an international parcel as lost until 25 working days after the expected delivery date. Tracking may not update during transit or customs processing, a lack of tracking updates does not necessarily mean the parcel has been lost.
